Simulacra – PunkMedics

PunkMedics is a company trying to make a difference. We not only offer all natural skincare and bath products we also offer our customers a chance to be socially responsible. While many companies donate proceeds from a single product or line, we have chosen to dedicate a portion of all sales to philanthropy and social change.

20% of all retail and wholesale purchases will go to various local charitable organizations including;

Toronto Environmental Alliance
Since 1988 TEA has been campaigning locally to find solutions to Toronto’s urban environmental problems. Their Mission is to promote a greener Toronto and a healthy community based on equity, access, safety and a clean environment.

Trails Youth Initiatives
Every year, 10 boys and 10 girls are selected from five middle schools within Toronto’s inner city to join Trails. Trails helps those kids who are lost in the middle, the ones not previously identified as either the problems or the superstars. Those invisible kids are the ones that need Trails for they are the ones in danger of falling through the cracks.

SKETCH
Creating opportunities for street involved and homeless people ages 15-29, to engage in the arts in a cross-discipline studio environment or in the community.

As PunkMedics grows, it will continue to look for more charitable organizations to work with, as well partner with organizations on social change initiatives.
